Chocolate Chip Cookie

Are you ready to profess your undying love to me?

I'm being serious, I think I may get love notes for this one because no, you didn't read that title incorrectly. I intended to write chocolate chip cookie. As in one cookie. One very big, yummy chocolate chip cookie, the kind you can make, cook and eat and no one ever has to know about.

Do you love me yet? Maybe you will once I give you the recipe...

Chocolate Chip Cookie
Yield: 1 cookie
Prep Time: 5 minutes     I     Bake Time: 8 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter softened
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of baking powder
  • Pinch of baking soda
  • and as many chocolate chips as you want

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl until the ingredients are well blended. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees in your oven or your toaster oven.

Enjoy with a nice cold glass of milk and make sure you eat all of the evidence.

What a fun idea. We are empty nesters now and it is easy to eat to many cookies when I make a batch. This is perfect!

Hmmm, this could become addicting fast. To be able to make just a few cookies at a time sounds great to me... and my hips... and my thighs.. and my waistline...
